As a chemical manufacturer, we have the strongest explore for ingredients and materials, but just as important part is the “Product label” that is the face of the product.

However, label printing is expensive for small quantity printing, and also the price will get increase as the label material, color and three-dimensional effect, and complicated shapes are used. Therefore, we adopted an on demand UV label printer on the production line, and it became possible to provide as many labels as needed/wanted quantity in any free form. Furthermore, because it is a UV type, the range of design will be wider than normal printing, and various “Luxury” effects are realized.

New materials and their chemical reactions that were not in the field of conventional ceramic coatings will make people looking for the highest top peak feel magnificent.

Digital “Foil stamping” Show the luxury even in small lots

“Foil stamping” is a typical production technique for luxury packages and there is elegance that no one doubts. We have built a printing style called Digital Foil stamping, and succeeded in realizing it in small lots. By combining the metal texture label film and embossing finish, it can express a pseudo foil stamping with a three-dimensional effect.

Like discretionary items such as whiskey and wine alcoholic beverage bottles, cosmetics, and perfumes, we can provide a comparable label that is not inferior with a coating.

There are two types of metallic film labels, and labels have different atmospheres even with the same digital foil stamping method.

Mirror metallic film labels

Sample 01

It is a material that can be made into a high-impact label by embossing the logo. It goes together well with the gold-like design and is perfect for enhancing the vintage feel.

Matte metallic film labels

Sample 02

It is a recommended material to create/give luxury throughout the label. By taking the advantage of each color, it is possible to color such as titanium and rose gold which cannot be achieved by foil stamping.
