Q1 : Are there any non-service areas at present?
Taiwan, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, and Sweden are outside the target area and we do not export to these areas.
Q2 : What is Premium members and tell me more detailed information?
Thank you very much for your interest in participating in the premium members. The expression “Premium member” is used, however, it basically has the same meaning as the membership fee.
Q3 : Can the premium member license tied to an individual person?
No. You have to register as a company, not an individual person. There is no need to re-entry or re-register due to changes in the person in charge.

Q1 : Is there a recommended coating agent other than rare metal coating?

Q2 : Do I need to use an infra-red light paint curing lamp in cold weather region?
Yes, it better to use. However, it requires a lot of energy to use for it, so we recommend formulations for cold weather regions.

Laws and regulations, and export rules of each country
Q1 : How are you responding to laws and regulations?
We have experience in exporting chemicals to more than 20 countries. We are compliant with REACH, which is the most famous and compliance-required European chemical regulation, and we are constantly trying to obtain the latest information. As for export to other countries, we have some discuss with the importing company and also comply with the laws and regulations of each country.
Q2 : There are import prohibited substances in my country. Is it possible to investigate if it is included in the product?
Yes, we can do it. That is because we are a real chemical manufacturer. Through the experience, we can response whether it is a chemical substance that will be intentionally contained, a substance on a by-product, and what category of product it is contained in. Please be sure to contact us before importing.
Q3 : Can you tell me the HS code of your ceramic coating agent?
We are basically using HS code 3910.20.000. We will be flexible if you contact the specialized institution in your country and then let us know if it is suitable or if you need to use another code.
Q4 : Is there GHS compatible MSDS?
Yes, of course. Even if the samples are shipped, it will be attached with the package.

Q1 : I would like to try a sample product first, can you provide it for free?
No, samples are available for a fee.
We will cover the cost the shipping fee of the sample and provide it at a reasonable price, please consider and try it.
Q2 : Can I apply for samples only on Alibaba site?
No, of course you can apply from this homepage. However, you may get benefits if you apply via Alibaba, so please check it there.
